We’ll automatically receive your information and begin our review process. We look at county data, topography, recent sales data of similar lots or land, and research comparable properties to determine what we can offer you for your property.

We will contact you either by phone or email to present and discuss with you our offer amount for your property. Once we have come to an agreement, we’ll prepare a purchase agreement and send it your way.

After we receive a signed agreement, we conduct our due diligence and open escrow with the title company/attorney. Assuming there are no issues with the "title" (liens, etc), we should be ready to close in no time! 

Upon closing, you get paid by check or wire, whichever you prefer.
